Potato – Methi Leaf Stew


Ingredients for Potato – Methi Leaf Stew:

1. Potatoes – 2 big

2. Oil – 1 small spoon

3. Onion flowers – 50 gm, cut into 1-inch pieces

4. Coriander powder – 1 small spoon

    Chilli powder – 1 small spoon

    Garam masala powder – 1 small spoon

    Turmeric powder – 1/2 small spoon

    Salt – For taste

5. Methi leaves – 50 gms

6. Coconut milk 1st extract – 1 cup

How to prepare Potato – Methi Leaf Stew?

1. Boil potatoes, remove skin and cut into small pieces.

2. Wash methi leaves and chop into fine pieces.

3. Heat oil and sauté chopped onion flowers.

4. Add the powders (listed as 4) to it and sauté again.

5. When the raw smell goes out, add chopped methi leaves.

6. When leaves are well sauted, add cut potato pieces and mix well.

7. Add coconut milk and boil.

8. Add excess water if required.

9. Take off from flame.

10. Serve hot with methi chapati.
