
Ingredients for Orange and Caramel Banana:
1. Sugar powdered – ½ cup
2. Vanilla essence – 1 small spoon
3. Orange juice and orange skin – From 1 orange
4. Kerala banana (Nentrapazham) – 4, cut into 1-inch pieces
5. Butter – 2 big spoons
How to prepare Orange and Caramel Banana?
1. Mix sugar, vanilla essence, and orange juice together.
2. Boil the ingredients on a low flame.
3. When the contents thicken, add the banana pieces and gently mix them.
4. Add 2 spoons of butter and mix the contents for 3 more minutes.
5. Transfer the contents to a serving bowl and decorate using the orange skin.
