
Ingredients for Andhra Special Dosa:
- Semolina – 1 cup
Maida – 1 cup
Wheat flour – 1 cup
Rice flour – 4 cups
Gram flour – 1 big spoon - Curd – ½ cup
Green chillies – 3, made into paste
Ginger – 1-inch piece, made into paste - Cumin seeds – 2 small spoons
Salt – As required - Water – 5-5.5 cups
How to prepare Andhra Special Dosa?
- Mix together ingredients no: 1 and blend them well.
- Add ingredients no: 2 to it and mix it well.
- Finally, add cumin seeds and salt, and mix again.
- Add water to it and mix well. The batter should be easy to pour on a tawa.
- Allow the batter to rest for 4 or 5 hours.
- Heat a pan and prepare dosa as usual.
- Serve hot with some chutney of your choice.
