Andhra Special Dosa recipe

Ingredients for Andhra Special Dosa:

  1. Semolina – 1 cup
    Maida – 1 cup
    Wheat flour – 1 cup
    Rice flour – 4 cups
    Gram flour – 1 big spoon
  2. Curd – ½ cup
    Green chillies – 3, made into paste
    Ginger – 1-inch piece, made into paste
  3. Cumin seeds – 2 small spoons
    Salt – As required
  4. Water – 5-5.5 cups

How to prepare Andhra Special Dosa?

  1. Mix together ingredients no: 1 and blend them well.
  2. Add ingredients no: 2 to it and mix it well.
  3. Finally, add cumin seeds and salt, and mix again.
  4. Add water to it and mix well. The batter should be easy to pour on a tawa.
  5. Allow the batter to rest for 4 or 5 hours.
  6. Heat a pan and prepare dosa as usual.
  7. Serve hot with some chutney of your choice.
