Pine Apple Pachadi with Tomato


Ingredients of Pine Apple Pachadi with Tomato :

1. Pine apple – ½ kg
2. Coconut – ½
    Green chillies – 25 gm
3. Mustard – 1 small spoon
4. Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
    Chilli powder – ½ tsp
    Tomato cut into tiny pieces – 2
    Curd – 1 big spoon
    Sugar – 1 small spoon
5. Curry leaves – a handful
6. Salt – as needed
7. Coconut oil – 2 small spoons
8. Mustard – ½ tsp
 

How to prepare Pine Apple Pachadi with Tomato?

  1. Grind well coconut and green chillies. Add 1 small spoon mustard seeds to it and crush it. (No need to grind well)
  2. Cook pine apple along with ingredients 4.
  3. When pine apple is cooked, add ground coconut mixture to it and put the flame off. Add salt and curry leaves as well.
  4. Heat oil and splutter ½ tsp mustard seeds and add to pineapple-tomato pachadi.
