Pineapple Pachadi with Tomato recipe

Ingredients of Pineapple Pachadi with Tomato :

1. Pineapple – ½ kg
2. Coconut – ½
    Green chillies – 25 gm
3. Mustard – 1 small spoon
4. Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
    Chilli powder – ½ tsp
    Tomato cut into tiny pieces – 2
    Curd – 1 big spoon
    Sugar – 1 small spoon
5. Curry leaves – a handful
6. Salt – as needed
7. Coconut oil – 2 small spoons
8. Mustard – ½ tsp

How to prepare Pineapple Pachadi with Tomato?

  1. Grind well the coconut and green chillies.
  2. Add 1 small spoon of mustard seeds to it and crush them. (No need to grind well)
  3. Cook the pineapple along with ingredients 4.
  4. When the pineapple is cooked, add the ground coconut mixture to it and turn the flame off.
  5. Add salt and curry leaves as well.
  6. Heat oil and splutter ½ tsp mustard seeds.
  7. Add to the pineapple-tomato pachadi.
