Ingredients of Pineapple Pachadi with Tomato :
1. Pineapple – ½ kg
2. Coconut – ½
Green chillies – 25 gm
3. Mustard – 1 small spoon
4. Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Chilli powder – ½ tsp
Tomato cut into tiny pieces – 2
Curd – 1 big spoon
Sugar – 1 small spoon
5. Curry leaves – a handful
6. Salt – as needed
7. Coconut oil – 2 small spoons
8. Mustard – ½ tsp
How to prepare Pineapple Pachadi with Tomato?
- Grind well the coconut and green chillies.
- Add 1 small spoon of mustard seeds to it and crush them. (No need to grind well)
- Cook the pineapple along with ingredients 4.
- When the pineapple is cooked, add the ground coconut mixture to it and turn the flame off.
- Add salt and curry leaves as well.
- Heat oil and splutter ½ tsp mustard seeds.
- Add to the pineapple-tomato pachadi.
