
Ingredients of Mutta Mala:
- Chicken egg – 5
- Duck egg – 5
- Sugar – 250 gm
- Yellow colour – 1 pinch
How to prepare Mutta Mala?
- Separate the yellow and white yolks of all eggs.
- Blend well the white yolks of both types of eggs.
- Mix the yellow yolk also. Keep them separate.
- Steam cook the egg white.
- Add a glass of water to the sugar and boil well.
- When it becomes fully soluble, pour the yellow yolk through a single-holed bowl/spoon or leaf spoon in circular motions so that it forms a chain in the sugar syrup. It should not be broken.
- Do it for the whole process.
- When the egg cooks and floats on the surface like chains, drain them and place them on a serving plate.
- Cut the yolk white into diamond pieces or any other shapes as you desire.
- Place on the top of the yellow yolk. You can even place a cherry to decorate them.
