Mutta Mala recipe

Ingredients of Mutta Mala:

  1. Chicken egg – 5
  2. Duck egg – 5
  3. Sugar – 250 gm
  4. Yellow colour – 1 pinch

How to prepare Mutta Mala?

  1. Separate the yellow and white yolks of all eggs.
  2. Blend well the white yolks of both types of eggs.
  3. Mix the yellow yolk also. Keep them separate.
  4. Steam cook the egg white.
  5. Add a glass of water to the sugar and boil well.
  6. When it becomes fully soluble, pour the yellow yolk through a single-holed bowl/spoon or leaf spoon in circular motions so that it forms a chain in the sugar syrup. It should not be broken.
  7. Do it for the whole process.
  8. When the egg cooks and floats on the surface like chains, drain them and place them on a serving plate.
  9. Cut the yolk white into diamond pieces or any other shapes as you desire.
  10. Place on the top of the yellow yolk. You can even place a cherry to decorate them.
