Ingredients for Mutton Chops with Green Pepper:
- Mutton with bone – 1 kg
- Onion chopped – 200 gm
- Garlic chopped – 100 gm
- Ginger chopped – 25 gm
- Green chillies split into two or four – 10
- Green pepper – 50 gm
- Curry leaves – a handful
- Salt – as per taste
- Coconut oil – as needed
How to prepare Mutton Chops with Green Pepper?
- Crush mutton along with the bone and spread it.
- Heat coconut oil in a pan and sauté ginger and garlic.
- When the raw smell goes out, add onions and sauté well.
- Add ground green pepper paste to it, and sauté again.
- Then add mutton and salt and stir well.
- When mutton is cooked well, add split green chillies and curry leaves.
- Stir well and turn the flame off.
