Spicy Meat Ball Cup

Ingredients for Spicy Meat Ball Cup:

1. Bread powdered – 1 cup

2. Chicken stock – ½ cup

3. Minced meat – ½ kg

    Spring onion chopped – ½ cup

    Garlic – 2, crushed

    Sesame oil – 2 small spoons

    Salt and pepper powder – For taste

4. Oil – ½ cup

5. Ginger chopped like match stick pieces – ½ cup

    Carrot and capsicum chopped like match stick pieces – 1 cup each

6. Chicken stock – 1 cup

    Brown sugar – 2 big spoons

    Soya sauce – 1 big spoon

    Hoisin sauce – ½ big spoon

7. Tender lettce/cabbage leaves – As required

How to prepare Spicy Meat Ball Cup?

1. Soak bread powdered in chicken stock.

2. Add ingredients no: 3 and mix well to prepare the dough.

3. Make small balls from this dough and deep fry in hot oil.

4. In the remaining oil sauté ingredients no: 5.

5. Mix ingredients no: 6 to it and continue cooking till vegetables are cooked and sauces thicken.

6. Add fried meat balls and mix well.

7. Close the lid and allow the contents to cook for a while.

8. Dip cup shaped tender lettuce leaves in cold water for 3-4 minutes.

9. When they turn crispy, take them out.

10. Place it on a big serving plate and spread meat balls.

11. You can serve it as a starter for special dinner.
