Pineapple Jam Squares Recipe 1
Ingredients for Pineapple Jam Squares:
- Vanaspati – ½ cup
Sugar powdered – ½ cup - Eggs – 2
- Maida – 1.5 cup
Baking powder – ¾ small spoon - Pineapple jam – 4 big spoons
- Sugar powdered – ½ cup
Coconut grated – 1 cup
Milk – 2 or 3 big spoons
Vanilla essence – ¾ small spoon
How to prepare Pineapple Jam Squares?
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degree celsious.
- Mix vanapati with sugar and blend it well.
- Beat the eggs and add them to the above mixture.
- Add baking powder to maida, blend it well, and pour the egg mixture into it.
- Mix it well to prepare the batter.
- Grease a baking dish with oil or ghee and transfer the batter to it.
- Spread it well evenly to get a good shape.
- Now spread the pineapple jam as the second layer.
- Mix together ingredients no: 5 and spread as layer three.
- Now bake it in the preheated oven.
- Once cooled, you can cut into desired pieces.

Ingredients for Pineapple Jam Squares Recipe 2:
- Maida (all-purpose flour) – 2 cups, sifted
Sugar – ¾ cup
Desiccated coconut powder – 2 cups
Salt -A pinch - Butter – 2 cups, cut into pieces
- Pineapple jam – as required
How to prepare Pineapple Jam Squares Recipe 2?
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease an 8×3-inch flat tray.
- Place the flour, along with all listed ingredients no: 1, in a bowl and mix well.
- Add the butter pieces and rub them together with your fingers until the mixture reaches a breadcrumb-like texture.
- Spread half of this mixture evenly into the baking tray.
- Add a little water to the pineapple jam, blend it lightly in a mixer, and spread it evenly over the flour mixture (first layer).
- Spread the remaining flour mixture on top and gently press it down.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35–45 minutes, until the top turns golden brown.
- Allow it to cool, then cut into small square pieces and serve.
