Crunchy Chicken Breast

Ingredients for Crunchy Chicken Breast:

1. Cleaned chicken breast cut into square pieces – 500 gm

2. Soya sauce – 1 big spoon

    Garlic paste – ½ big spoon

    Salt and pepper powder – As required

3. Maida adding pepper and salt – ¼ cup

4. White yolk beaten – From 2 eggs

5. Corn flakes blended once in a mixer – 1.5 cups

6. Oil – For frying

How to prepare Crunchy Chicken Breast?

1. Cook chicken pieces adding sufficient salt and pepper.

2. Marinate chicken pieces using soya sauce and garlic paste and allow it to rest for 1 hour.

3. Coat the chicken pieces in maida powder.

4. Dip chicken pieces in beaten eggs and then roll in corn flakes.

5. Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken pieces in low flame till they turn golden brown.

6. Flip both sides and cook till they turn crispy.

7. Serve hot.
