Butter (made soft) – 2 big spoons

Cocoa powder – 1 big spoon

Sugar powdered – 1 big spoon

     Butter – 1 big spoon

     Water – 2 big spoons

How to prepare Fried Doughnut?

1. Warm milk in low flame, add yeast and sugar and allow it to ferment for 1 hour.

2. Transfer maida to a bowl and make a small pit at its centre.

3. Add ingredients no: 4 to it, followed by fermented milk mixture to prepare the batter.

4. Grease a plate and pour this batter to it.

5. Allow the batter to ferment (for 1-2 hours).

6. Spread it to half inch thickness and again allow it to ferment (so that layer raises slightly).

7. Now prepare doughnut shapes (similar to Uzhunnu Vada) and deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.

8. Now dip doughnuts in chocolate sauce.

9. To prepare chocolate sauce, mix ingredients no: 6 in a bowl.

10. Now using double boiling method, immerse this bowl in boiling water and stir continuously till sugar melts completely.

11. Instead of dipping doughnuts in chocolate sauce, you can also roll the hot doughnuts in powdered sugar with a pinch of cinnamon powder added.

Note: 1.5 big spoon white yolk and lemon juice each and beat well. Add 175 gm sugar powder to it and mix well. You can pour this solution on the top of doughnuts and use.
