Pacha Maanga Pulaav (Green Mango Pulaav)

Ingredients for Pacha Maanga Pulaav (Green Mango Pulaav):

1. Green mango – ¾ cup
    Broken cashews fried – 1 big spoon
    Coconut scrapped – 3 big spoons
    Red chillies – 2
    Turmeric powder – ¼ small spoon
2. Cooking oil – 1 big spoon
3. Mustard seeds – ¼ small spoon
    Cumin seeds – ¼ small spoon
    Asafetida powder – a pinch
    Curry leaves – 2 stalks
    Red chilli – 1
    Cashews – ½ big spoon
4. Basmati rice cooked – 2 cup
   Green mango – ¼ cup
   Salt – As per taste
5. Ghee – 1 spoon
    Coconut scrapped – 1 big spoon

How to prepare Pacha Maanga Pulaav (Green Mango Pulaav)?

  1. Grind together ingredients no: 1
  2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté ingredients no: 3.
  3. Add grinded mango mixture to it, along with ingredients no: 4
  4. Decorate your pulav with a little ghee and one big spoon of scrapped coconut.
