Ingredients for Papaya Smoothie:
- Almonds – 6 nos:, soaked for 8 hours
- Milk (low-fat) – 1 cup
- Papaya cut into square pieces – 2 cups
- Honey – 1 big spoon
- Mint leaves – 7
Method of preparation of Papaya Smoothie:
- Remove the skin of almonds and grind well, adding a little milk.
- Add papaya pieces and remaining milk to it and blend well in a juicer.
- Place it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Add ice cubes and decorate with mint leaves before you serve.
