Papaya Smoothie recipe

Ingredients for Papaya Smoothie:

  1. Almonds – 6 nos:, soaked for 8 hours
  2. Milk (low-fat) – 1 cup
  3. Papaya cut into square pieces – 2 cups
  4. Honey – 1 big spoon
  5. Mint leaves – 7

Method of preparation of Papaya Smoothie:  

  1. Remove the skin of almonds and grind well, adding a little milk.
  2. Add papaya pieces and remaining milk to it and blend well in a juicer.
  3. Place it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  4.  Add ice cubes and decorate with mint leaves before you serve.
