Ingredients for Mulakila – Mutta Thoran (Chilli Leaf – Egg Thoran):
- Oil – 1 big spoon
- Mustard – ¼ small spoon
- Onion – 1, chopped fine
Green chillies – 2, chopped - Turmeric powder – ¼ small spoon
Salt – As needed - Chilli leaves chopped – 1 cup
- Eggs – 3, beaten
Salt – For taste
How to prepare Mulakila – Mutta Thoran (Chilli Leaf – Egg Thoran)?
- Heat oil in a pan and sputter mustard seeds.
- Add green chillies and onions, and sauté well.
- Add turmeric powder and salt, followed by chilli leaves and sauté well.
- When leaves are well-cooked, gently move the contents to one side of the pan.
- Add eggs along with a little salt and scramble the contents.
- When it’s done, mix it with chilli leaves.
- Your thoran should turn almost dry.
