Meat Cutlet is a flavourful, crispy snack made from spiced minced meat, shaped into patties and deep-fried or pan-fried until golden brown. Perfect as an evening snack, party appetizer, or tea-time treat, these cutlets are juicy inside and crispy on the outside.

Ingredients for Meat Cutlet:
- Meat of your choice – ½ kg
- Ginger chopped – 1 big spoon
Pepper powder – 1 small spoon
Garam masala powder – ½ small spoon
Salt – For taste - Oil – As required
- Onion – 1, chopped fine
- Ginger chopped – ½ small spoon
- Green chillies – 4, chopped
Coriander leaves chopped – A little
Carrot – 1, grated - Garam masala powder – 1 small spoon
- Potato – 2, boiled and smashed
- Egg white – From 1 egg
- Bread crumbs – 1 cup
- Oil – For frying
How to prepare Meat Cutlet?
- Cook the meat, adding ingredients listed in step 2 and sufficient water.
- When it’s completely cooled, beat it once in a mixer to prepare minced meat.
- Heat oil in a pan, and sauté onions, followed by ginger.
- Add green chillies, carrot, and coriander leaves and sauté again.
- Continue sautéing until the water content is fully absorbed.
- When it cools, mix it with potato and minced meat, and mix well.
- Prepare small balls and then make cutlets of the desired shape.
- Dip each cutlet in egg white and roll it in breadcrumbs until it is fully coated with a thin layer.
- Heat the oil and deep-fry the cutlets.
- Serve your meat cutlet with any sauce of your choice.
