Loaded bites

Ingredients for Loaded bites:

1. Boneless chicken – 125 gm

2. Buttermilk – ½ cup

    Salt – As needed

    Chilli powder – ½ small spoon

   Turmeric powder – 1 pinch

    Cumin powder, pepper powder – ¼ small spoon each

    Garlic paste – 1 small spoon

    Crushed chillies – ½ small spoon

    Lemon juice – ¼ small spoon

3. Maida – 2 big spoons

4. Cold water – As needed

5. Butter – 1 big spoon

6. Maida – 1.5 big spoons

7. Milk – ½ cup

8. Salt – As required

    Chilli powder – ¼ small spoon

    Mozzarella cheese – 2 big spoons

    Fresh cream – 1 big spoon

    Mixed herbs – ¼ small spoon

9. French fries – As needed

10. Mayonnaise – 2 big spoons

11. Maida – 1 cup

     Salt and water – As needed

     Oil – 1 big spoon

12. Eggs – 2

     Bread crumbs – As needed

How to prepare Loaded bites?

1. Marinate chicken pieces using a mixture of ingredients no: 2.

2. Spread it on maida flour and dip in cold water. Spread on maida again.

3. Deep fry them in medium hot oil.

4. Heat butter and add maida.

5. Mix it well and add milk.

6. Keep stirring so that lumps won’t form, or contents stick on to bottom.

7. When it thickens, add ingredients no: 8.

8. Keep stirring and when contents thicken, take from flame. This is the cheese sauce.

9. Make small pieces from fried chicken.

10. Mix it gently with cheese sauce, chopped French fries and mayonnaise.

11. Mix ingredients no: 11 and make small balls from it.

12. Roll them into puri shapes and cut into 4 parts each.

13. Place a little chicken mix inside a puri part, and a single French fry.

14. Wrap it gently to get the shape of a chicken leg.

15. Dip in beaten egg and wrap in bread crumbs.

16. Deep fry in hot oil.
