Ingredients for Millet Soup:
1. Ragi (finger millet) – 50 g
Foxtail millet – 30 g
Little millet – 10 g
Pearl millet – 10 g
Flax seeds – 30 g
2. Coconut milk – 2 cups
3. Moringa leaves – 1 handful
Chia seeds (soaked) – 2 tbsp
4. Black pepper powder – As needed
5. Salt – As needed
How to prepare Millet Soup?
1. Grind the first ingredient into a fine powder and keep aside.
2. Heat a pan and add the powdered mixture mixed with a little coconut milk, stirring well.
3. When it thickens, add the remaining coconut milk and stir.
4. Then add the chia seeds and moringa leaves.
5. Add black pepper powder and salt, mix well, and remove from heat. Do not overcook the moringa leaves.
