Gelatin Pudding, also called jelly pudding, gelatin dessert, or simply jelly, is a popular dessert, loved by children and adults. It is a light, wobbly, chilled pudding made by setting a flavored liquid with gelatin until it becomes a semi-solid, jiggly texture. Gelatine is a protein derived from animal collagen, widely used as a gelling agent in puddings and many other desserts. 

Gelatin Pudding

Ingredients for Gelatin Pudding:

  1. 1. Gelatin – 10 g
    Lukewarm water – 30 ml
  2. Banana – 1 (full)
    Coconut milk – A little
  3. Coconut milk – 50 ml
  4. Brown sugar – A little
    Chia seeds – 10 g, soaked in 10 ml of water

How to prepare Gelatin Pudding?

  1. Soak the gelatin in lukewarm water and melt it using the double boiling method.
  2. Blend the fruit with a little coconut milk in a mixer.
  3. Add the melted gelatin to this mixture and mix well. Then add the remaining coconut milk and stir.
  4. Add brown sugar and chia seeds, mix well, pour into serving glasses, and refrigerate for 2 hours to set.
