
Ingredients for Cream Pudding:
- Chinagrass – 10 gm
- Pineapple – 1, chopped fine
- Chilled milk – ½ litre
- Whipping cream powder – 6 big spoons
- Fresh cream – 200 milli
Sugar – 100 gm
How to prepare Cream Pudding?
- Melt the china grass (as instructed in the packet) and allow it to set.
- Cook the pineapple and strain the excess water.
- Add whipping cream to chilled milk and beat well till it turns creamy.
- Add fresh cream and sugar to it, and beat again.
- Grate the china grass and add to it, followed by pineapple pieces.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Refrigerate your pudding and serve it chilled.
