Cream Pudding - Sweet recipe

Ingredients for Cream Pudding:

  1. Chinagrass – 10 gm
  2. Pineapple – 1, chopped fine
  3. Chilled milk – ½ litre
  4. Whipping cream powder – 6 big spoons
  5. Fresh cream – 200 milli
    Sugar – 100 gm

How to prepare Cream Pudding?

  1. Melt the china grass (as instructed in the packet) and allow it to set.
  2. Cook the pineapple and strain the excess water.
  3. Add whipping cream to chilled milk and beat well till it turns creamy.
  4. Add fresh cream and sugar to it, and beat again.
  5. Grate the china grass and add to it, followed by pineapple pieces.
  6. Mix all ingredients together.
  7. Refrigerate your pudding and serve it chilled.
