Ingredients of Karikk Unniyappam:

 
1. Ilam Karikk (Tender coconut) – 1 cup
    Pachari (White rice) soaked – 1.5 cup
    Tender coconut water (Karikkin Vellam) – ½ cup
    Sugar – 10 big spoons
2. Baking powder – ¼ small spoon
3. Oil – to fry
 

How to prepare Karikk Unniyappam?

 
1. Mix ingredients no: 1 and grind it well to a fine paste.
2. Add baking powder to it and mix well.
3. Heat the unniyappam maker, heat oil and pour the flour to its holes to make tasty unniyappam.
4. Drain off excess oil using tissue paper.
