Ingredients for Hara Bhara Kabab:
- Sunflower Oil – 3 big spoons
- Palak leaves chopped – 100 gm
- Frozen green peas – 1 cup
- Ginger, finely chopped – 1 small spoon
- Potato boiled and smashed – 1 big
Pepper powder – 1 small spoon
Garam masala – ½ small spoon
Green chillies, finely chopped – 1 big spoon
Grated paneer – ½ cup
Coriander leaves – As required
Mint leaves – As required - Maida – 1 big spoon mixed in a little water
- Bread powder (for coating) – As required
- Sunflower oil – For frying
How to prepare Hara Bhara Kabab?
- Heat one big spoon of oil in a pan, and add palak and frozen peas.
- When the water content is fully absorbed, turn the flame off.
- Once cooled, blend it once using a mixer. Never make it a paste.
- Pour the rest of the sunflower oil into the pan and sauté the ginger.
- Add the green peas-palak mixture to it, and sauté again for two minutes.
- Now add ingredients no: 5, sauté it well and take it off the flame.
- When the mixture cools off, make small balls from it.
- Press each ball to make it cutlet-shaped, dip it in maida batter, and roll it in bread powder.
- Now deep fry each in hot oil. Your Hara Bhara Kabab is ready to serve.
