Green Salad recipe

Ingredients for Green Salad:

  1. Salad cucumber – 2, sliced thin into round pieces
  2. Green chillies – 1, chopped fine
  3. Pomegranate – 1 small, seeds separated
  4. Lemon juice – From half a lemon
    Salt – For taste
    Sugar – ¼ small spoon
    Olive oil – 2 small spoons

How to prepare Green Salad?

  1. Spread cucumber pieces, green chillies, and pomegranate in a serving plate.
  2. Mix together ingredients no: 4 to prepare the dressing.
  3. Sprinkle this mixture on the top of the salad.

Ingredients for Green Salad:

  1. Coriander leaves – ½ cup
    Mint leaves – ¼ cup
    Green chillies – 2
    Lemon juice – ½ small spoon
    Olive oil – ½ small spoon
    Salt – For taste
  2. Capsicum – 1, cut into pieces
    Apple – 1, cut into pieces
    Lettuce – 1, torn to pieces
    Carrot – 1, grated

How to prepare Green Salad?

  1. Make a fine paste of ingredients no: 1 in a mixer.
  2. Store in the refrigerator, and use it as dressing later.
  3.  Just before you serve, transfer the ingredients listed as 2 to a serving bowl.
  4. Add half a big spoon of salad dressing to it.
  5. Toss the contents and serve.
