
Ingredients for Green Salad:
- Salad cucumber – 2, sliced thin into round pieces
- Green chillies – 1, chopped fine
- Pomegranate – 1 small, seeds separated
- Lemon juice – From half a lemon
Salt – For taste
Sugar – ¼ small spoon
Olive oil – 2 small spoons
How to prepare Green Salad?
- Spread cucumber pieces, green chillies, and pomegranate in a serving plate.
- Mix together ingredients no: 4 to prepare the dressing.
- Sprinkle this mixture on the top of the salad.

Ingredients for Green Salad:
- Coriander leaves – ½ cup
Mint leaves – ¼ cup
Green chillies – 2
Lemon juice – ½ small spoon
Olive oil – ½ small spoon
Salt – For taste - Capsicum – 1, cut into pieces
Apple – 1, cut into pieces
Lettuce – 1, torn to pieces
Carrot – 1, grated
How to prepare Green Salad?
- Make a fine paste of ingredients no: 1 in a mixer.
- Store in the refrigerator, and use it as dressing later.
- Just before you serve, transfer the ingredients listed as 2 to a serving bowl.
- Add half a big spoon of salad dressing to it.
- Toss the contents and serve.
