Fruit Skewers recipe

Ingredients for Fruit Skewers:

1. Sugar – 1.5 to 2 cups

    Milk – 2 cups

    Coco powder – 5 big spoons

    Butter – 100 gm

2. Kiwi, pineapple, apple, banana (or seasonal fruits of your preference) – As required

How to prepare Fruit Skewers?

1. Mix together ingredients no: 1 in a thick-bottomed pan.

2. Heat it gently on a hob and allow the sugar to melt completely. Keep stirring.

3. When it is done, allow the mixture to reach room temperature, and then refrigerate it. This mixture is known as chocolate fudge sauce.

4. Cut fruits into small square pieces.

5. When you cut the apple, gently rub it with lemon juice to prevent a change of colour.

6. In small skewers, skew 3 or 4 types of fruits one each.

7. Dip skewers in chocolate fudge sauce before you serve.
