Curry Egg Wrap recipe

Ingredients for Curry Egg Wrap:

1. Kadala curry (Chickpeas curry) – Leftover

2. Chappatti – 1

3. Egg – 1, beaten

4. Tomato, coriander leaves and onion – finely chopped, as required

    Salt and pepper – As required

How to prepare Curry Egg Wrap?

1. Heat chickpea curry in a pan. Boil till the gravy turns thick.

2. Heat tawa, and pour beaten egg.

3. Place a chapati on top and press it well.

4. Place curry as filling at the centre of the chapati.

5. Place ingredients no: 4 also as a layer.

6. Roll the chappatti tightly and place a toothpick in the middle to hold it tight.

7. Cut the wrap into two pieces and serve.
