Paneer Rolls

Ingredients for Paneer Rolls:

1. Paneer – 250 gm

    Potato boiled and smashed well – 1 cup

    Spring onion finely chopped – ½ cup

    Groundnut fried and crushed – 2 big spoons

    Garlic chopped – 1 small spoon

    Garam masala – 1 small spoon

    Coriander leaves finely chopped – 1 big spoons

    Green chillies finely chopped – 2

    Raisins – 1 big spoon

2. Eggs – 2, beaten

3. Corn flakes powdered as big granules – 1.5 cups

How to prepare Paneer Rolls?

1. Wash raisins and soak in hot water. When it cools, remove its water content completely.

2. Mix together ingredients no: 1.

3. Make small balls out of them and roll in 2-inch lengthy pieces.

4. Dip them in beaten eggs, wrap in corn flakes and deep fry till golden brown in hot oil.

Paneer Rolls – Recipe no: 2

Ingredients for Paneer Rolls – Recipe 2:

1. Bread – 1 slice

2. Paneer – 150 gm grated

    Potato boiled and smashed – 150 gm

    Coriander leaves chopped – 1 big spoon

    Green chillies finely chopped – 1 big spoon

    Onions finely chopped – ½ cup

    Garlic finely chopped – 1 small spoon

    Carrot finely chopped – 1/4 cup

    Salt – As required

3. Egg – 1, beaten

4. Bread crumbs – 2 cups

5. Oil – For frying

How to prepare Paneer Rolls – Recipe 2?

1. Dip bread in water and squeeze it well.

2. Add ingredients no: 2 to it and mix well.

3. Now make sausage shapes from the above mixture.

4. Dip each roll in beaten egg, wrap using bread crumps and deep fry in hot oil.

5. Serve hot with tomato sauce.

Note: With the above ingredients you can prepare around 30 paneer rolls. You can also substitute egg with maida mixed with water, or a combination of egg/egg white and corn flour powder.
