Cucumber Raitha recipe

Ingredients for Cucumber Raitha:

1. Curd (not too sour) – 2 cups

    Cumin fried and powdered – 1 small spoon

2. Salad cucumber – 1 big

3. Coriander leaves chopped fine – A little

    Salt – For taste

4. Chilli powder –To decorate

How to prepare Cucumber Raitha?

1. Transfer curd to a bowl, add cumin powder and beat well.

2. Grate half a cucumber, and cut the remaining part into small pieces.

3. Add grated cucumber to the curd and mix well.

4. Add the cut cucumber pieces, coriander leaves and salt, and mix well.

5. Sprinkle chilli powder and serve.
