Colourful Salad recipe

Ingredients for Colourful Salad:

1. Onion – 1 medium-sized, finely chopped into round pieces
    Lemon juice – 1 Small spoon
    Salt – As needed
2. Lettuce, finely chopped – 1 cup
    Beetroot, equal-sized – 2 boiled and cut into fine pieces
    Boiled eggs – 4, cut into thin pieces

For dressing:

3. Lemon juice – From 1 lemon
    Salt – As needed
    Green chillies, finely chopped – 1 Small spoon
    Coriander leaves, finely chopped – 1 Small spoon
    Mustard Paste – ¼ small spoon
    Honey – ¼ small spoon

How to prepare Colourful Salad?

  1. Take rings one by one from the chopped onion and mix with lemon juice and salt.
  2. Squeeze the round-shaped onion pieces and keep aside.
  3. Take a big bowl and spread the contents of the ingredients listed under 2 one after another.
  4. Arrange them as closed circles in a bowl to form many circular layers.
  5. Spread onions on top and cover the salad bowl with a cling film. Place it in the refrigerator.
  6. Mix ingredients no: 3 to prepare dressing.
  7. Spread the dressing on the top of the chilled salad and serve.
