
Ingredients for Chicken Momos:
1. Chicken cooked and minced – 250 gm
2. Maida – 500 gm
Oil – 1 big spoon
Salt – For taste
3. Green chillies – 2
Onion – 2
Ginger – 1-inch piece
Garlic – 2 cloves
4. Soya sauce – 1 small spoon
5. Salt – As required
How to prepare Chicken Momos?
1. Transfer maida, oil, and salt to a bowl and knead the dough similar to chappatti or kozhukatta.
2. Finely chop all ingredients list as 3, mix them with minced chicken, soya sauce, and salt to prepare the filling.
3. Make small balls from the dough and roll them to make rotis.
4. Take each roti in hand, place one spoonful of filling inside it, and fold it in the shape of a half-moon.
5. Stick the edges so that the filling won’t fall out.
6. Steam cook your momos for 20 minutes.
7. Serve with tomato-garlic sauce.
