
Ingredients for Chinese Fish:
1. Fish cut into small square pieces (without spins) – ¼ kg
Salt – For taste
2. Oil – 3 big spoons
3. Onions – 1 big, chopped fine
4. Capsicum – 1, chopped fine
5. Tomato sauce – 3 big spoons
Soya sauce – 1 small spoon
Pepper powder – 1 small spoon
Chilli powder – 1 big spoon
Salt – For taste
6. Maida – ½ kg
Salt and water – As required
7. Oil – For frying
How to prepare Chinese Fish?
1. Add salt to the fish and cook it well.
2. Heat oil and sauté onions, followed by capsicum.
3. Add ingredients no: 5 to it and continue sauting.
4. Add cooked fish to it and sauté again. This is the filling.
5. Add salt and water to the maida and knead the dough.
6. Spread the dough into chapati shapes.
7. Inside one chapati, place the filling lengthwise.
8. Tear both sides of the chapati into wings of fish.
9. Weave palm bed-like structures from both sides and completely close the filling inside (Look at the images)
10. Deep fry each one in hot oil and serve hot.
