Bonda with Stuffed Chutney recipe

Ingredients for Bonda with Stuffed Chutney:

1. Potato – 2

2. Onions chopped fine – 2 big spoons

    Salt – For taste

    Pepper powder – As needed

3. Coconut grated – 1 cup

    Chilli powder – 1 small spoon

    Shallots -2

    Salt – For taste

4. Egg – 1, beaten

5. Bread crumbs – As needed

6. Oil – for frying

How to prepare Bonda with Stuffed Chutney?

1. Boil the potato, remove the skin, and smash it using a fork. Never make it a paste.

2. Add ingredients no: 2 to it and mix it, using the same fork.

3. Grind ingredients no: 3 without adding water and prepare chutney.

4. Make lemon-sized balls from the potato, and stuff a little chutney in the middle.

5. Wrap it fully and roll it to get a round shape.

6. Continue the process for the remaining potato and chutney.

7. Dip the balls in beaten egg and wrap with bread crumbs.

8. Deep fry your stuffed Bondas in hot oil, till they turn golden brown.
