Baked Chicken Momos

Ingredients for Baked Chicken Momos:

1. Maida – 100 gm

    Salt – A pinch

    Oil – 1 small spoon

    Green spinach made into a smooth paste – 2 big spoons

2. Water – For kneading dough

3. Minced chicken adding salt and pepper, and cooked – 100 gm

    Onion – 1, chopped fine

    Ginger-Garlic paste – 1 big spoon

    Coriander leaves chopped – 1 small spoon

    Spring onion – 1 stem, chopped

    Sesame oil – 1 small spoon

    Salt and pepper powder – As required

    Soup cube – 1, crushed

How to prepare Baked Chicken Momos?

1. Mix ingredients no: 1 together, add water little by little and knead the dough.

2. Allow it to rest for 20 minutes, and then make small balls from it.

3. Spread them into poori-sized round shapes.

4. Pre-heat oven in 120 degree Celsius.

5. Mix ingredients no: 3 in a bowl, and make small balls.

6. Wrap each ball using a poori, and bake them in pre-heated oven for 10-15 minutes.

7. You can also steam cook your chicken momos.
