Steamed Paneer Momos recipe

Ingredients for Steamed Paneer Momos:

1. Maida – 100 gm

    Salt – A pinch

    Oil – 1 small spoon

    Green spinach made into a smooth paste – 2 big spoons

2. Water – For kneading dough

3. Sesame oil – 1 big spoon

4. Onion – 1, chopped fine

    Ginger-Garlic paste – 1 big spoon

5. Carrot and cabbage chopped fine – ½ cup

6. Coriander leaves chopped – 1 small spoon

    Spring onion – 1 stem, chopped

    Salt and pepper powder – As required

    Soup cube – 1, crushed

7. Grated paneer – 100 gm

How to prepare Steamed Paneer Momos?

1. Mix ingredients no: 1 together, add water little by little and knead the dough.

2. Allow it to rest for 20 minutes, and then make small balls from it.

3. Spread them into poori-sized round shapes.

4. Heat oil and sauté ingredients no: 4, followed by cabbage and carrot.

5. When vegetables are well-cooked, add ingredients no: 6.

6. Add paneer, mix well and turn off the flame. This is the stuffing.

7. Allow the mixture to completely cool off.

8. Place a big spoonful of filling in each poori and stick them as shown in the picture.

9. Steam cook them for 6 minutes. Your paneer momos are ready.
