Ingredients for Achari Paneer Tikka:
- Paneer cubes – 500 gm
Capsicum chopped – 2 - Curd – 2 tablespoons
Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tsp
Garam masala powder – ½ tsp
Lime juice – 2 tsp
Salt – For taste - Oil – 2 tablespoons
For gravy:
- Green chillies – 4
Mint leaves – 3
Coriander leaves – A little
For Achari Masala:
- Mustard – 1 tsp
Coriander seeds – 1 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Black cumin seeds – 1 tsp - Mango powder – As required
How to prepare Achari Paneer Tikka?
- Make a fine paste of green chillies, mint leaves and coriander leaves.
- Slightly fry coriander seeds, mustard, cumin and black cumin seeds.
- Make a fine powder of this mixture by adding mango powder.
- Mix it well with ingredients no: 2 and green chilli paste.
- Finally, add paneer cubes, and mix well till paneer pieces get a good coat of masala.
- Close the bowl with a lid and keep it aside for 1 hour.
- Heat a grill pan and pour a little oil.
- Place paneer cubes and grill them until both sides turn light brown.
- Skew paneer cubes and capsicum pieces alternately on a wooden skewer.
