Paneer Rice Egg Roll

Ingredients for Paneer Rice Egg Roll:

1. Butter/Ghee melted – 3 big spoons

2. Cinnamon, cloves, cardamom – 2 each

3. Onion – ½ cup, chopped

    Garlic chopped – 12 cloves

    Green chillies – 2, chopped fine

4. Beans chopped fine – 4 big spoons

    Paneer – 150 gm, cut into small square pieces

5. Salt – As needed

    Pepper powder – ½ small spoon

6. Carrot chopped – 4 big spoons

    Cabbage chopped – 5 big spoons

    Capsicum chopped – 5 big spoons

7. Soya sauce – 2 big spoons

   Frozen green peas – 3 big spoons

8. Basmati rice cooked – 1 cup

9. Chapati – 4

10. Egg – 1, beaten

How to prepare Paneer Rice Egg Roll?

1. To prepare paneer rice, heat ghee/oil in a pan and sauté ingredients no: 2.

2. Add and sauté ingredients no: 3.

3. Add paneer and beans.

4. Add salt and pepper, and close the lid. Cook the contents in low flame.

5. Add ingredients no: 6 and sauté for 3 minutes.

6. Add soya sauce and green peas and cook for 3 minutes.

7. Add cooked basmati rice and stir the contents.

8. Heat a tawa and put one chapati.

9. Pour a little beaten egg and coat as a thin layer.

10. Flip once and place paneer rice inside it.

11. Press and roll it to get a paneer rice-chapati roll.
