Konj Masala (Prawn Masala) in Chef style

Ingredients for Konj Masala:
Lobster – 2
Lemon juice – of 1 lemon
Salt – a pinch
Pepper crushed fresh – 1 pinch
Kashmiri chilli – 1 small spoon
Ginger-garlic paste – ½ small spoon
Tamarind juice – ½ tsp
Coconut oil – 1 small spoon
Method of preparation:
Marinate lobster using all items except coconut oil.
After 20 minutes, add oil to a pan and shallow fry it.
Ingredients for Konj Masala:
Coconut oil – 2 tsp
Mustard seeds – 1 pinch
Methi powder – 1 pinch
Onion chopped – 1
Garlic – ½ tsp
Green chillies – ½ spoons
Curry leaves – 1 stem
Turmeric powder – 1 pinch
Chilli powder – 1 pinch
Tomato big – 1
Cleaned prawns – 100 gm
Curry leaves chopped – 2 stem
Salt and lemon juice – as needed
Method of preparation of Konj Masala :
Heat coconut oil and splutter mustard and fenugreek seeds.
Add onion, garlic, green chillies and curry leaves and sauté well.
Add masala powders and tomato pieces along with prawns and sauté again.
Add salt and lemon juice and cook dry.
Spread prawn masala in a plate. Place lobsters on the top and serve.
