
Ingredients for Chicken Curry in Coconut Milk:
- Chicken – 1 kilo
- Oil – As required
- Onions chopped – ½ cup
Garlic crushed – 2 cloves
Ginger – 1 small piece, chopped
Curry leaves – A little - Tomato chopped – 1 cup
- Turmeric powder – ½ small spoon
Garam masala – ¾ small spoon
Chilli powder – 4 small spoons
Coriander powder – 4 small spoons
Chicken masala – 2 big spoons
Sugar – ½ small spoon
Salt and pepper powder – As required - Tomato sauce – 4 small spoons
- Coconut milk (2nd extract) – 1 cup
- Coconut milk (1st extract) – 1 cup
- Coriander leaves chopped – A little
How to prepare Chicken Curry in Coconut Milk?
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions, ginger, garlic and curry leaves.
- When it’s done, add chopped tomatoes.
- When tomatoes are well-cooked, add ingredients no: 5.
- Add tomato sauce also, and mix the contents well.
- Add chicken pieces and keep stirring for a while.
- Cook chicken, adding the second extract of coconut milk.
- When the chicken is well-cooked, add the first extract of coconut milk and boil.
- Decorate with coriander leaves and serve.
