Having a post-workout smoothie within 2 hours is really good. It can give you a refreshing feel and help in muscle repair and growth. For those going to the gym for weight training, a post-workout meal is very important. Include protein and carbohydrate in the post-workout meal. But everyone is hesitant to make a meal soon after a workout. Making a healthy juice or smoothie is the best option and easy too. Here is one such easy smoothie that you can use banana and peanut butter.

Ingredients for Post-Workout Smoothie:
- Kerala banana (Big banana) – 1/2
- Peanut butter – 1 big spoon
- Milk – 2 cups
- Honey – 1 big spoon
- Almonds – 2 big spoons (soaked overnight and then removing outer skin)
- Yogurt – Quarter cup
How to prepare Post Workout Smoothie?
- Mix all ingredients together in a blender.
- Transfer the smoothie into the serving glasses and put ice cubes.
- You can also add broken nuts of your choice.
