Hungarian Chicken recipe

Ingredients for Hungarian Chicken:

  1. Chicken – 500gm
  2. Maida – 1/2 small spoon
  3. Oil – ½ cup
  4. Garlic chopped – 1 small spoon
  5. Onions chopped fine – 1/3 cup
  6. Chilli powder – ¾ small spoon
    Pepper powder – ½ small spoon
    Salt – As required
  7. Less sour curd – ½ cup
    Water – ½ cup
    Lemon juice – ½ small spoon
    Sugar – 1 small spoon

How to prepare Hungarian Chicken?

  1. Clean the chicken and cut it into big pieces.
  2. Using a cloth, completely remove the moisture content.
  3. Sprinkle maida on top and fry in deep oil.
  4. Take 2 small spoons of oil from it and heat it in another pan.
  5. Sauté garlic until a pleasant aroma arises.
  6. Add onions and sauté well.
  7. Add salt, pepper powder, and chilli powder and mix well.
  8. Add ingredients no: 7 and mix well.
  9. Add chicken pieces to it and blend well.
  10. Transfer the contents to a baking tray.
  11. Pre-heat oven to 180 degree celsious.
  12. Bake the chicken for 1 hour.
