Stir-Fried Meat with Onions & Mushrooms recipe

Ingredients for Stir-Fried Meat with Onions & Mushrooms:

1. Sliced meat without fat or cooked meat sliced -250 gm

2. Five spice powder – ¼ small spoon

    Garlic – 3 cloves, chopped

    Ginger grated – ½ small spoon

    Salt – As required

3. Oil – 3 big spoons

4. Onions – 2 medium-sized, chopped into 8 pieces

    Butter mushroom chopped – 8

5. Soya sauce – 2 big spoons

    Sugar – 2 small spoons

    Stock – ¾ cup

6. Water – 1 cup (if needed)

7. Corn flour – 2 small spoons, mixed in 1 big spoon of water

8. Spring onion –To garnish

How to prepare Stir-Fried Meat with Onions & Mushrooms?

1. Marinate the meat with ingredients no: 2. Sprinkle the powders first and slowly mix it.

2. Heat one big spoon of oil and sauté onions and mushrooms for 2-3 minutes.

3. Add meat to it and stir-fry in a high flame till the meat changes its colour.

4. Add ingredients no: 5 to it and boil well. If needed, add extra water to cook the contents.

5. Add corn flour mixed with water at the final stage, and allow the stir-fry to thicken.

6. Decorate with spring onions and serve.
