Truffles
Ingredients for Truffles:
1. Oreo biscuit with vanilla filling – 1 packet
2. Condensed milk – 3 or 4 big spoons
3. Chocolate – 200 gm, cut into small pieces
Fresh cream – 20 gm
How to prepare Truffles?
1. Crush biscuits and make it a fine powder.
2. Add condensed milk to it and mix well.
3. Make lemon-sized balls from the above mixture.
4. Place these balls in refrigerator for an hour, and allow them to set.
5. Mix fresh cream and chocolate pieces in a saucepan and melt it using medium flame.
6. Beat the mixture well till it reaches the consistency of condensed milk and put the flame off.
7. Roll the biscuit balls in this chocolate solution till they get a fine coat.
8. Spread them in a butter paper, and later place in refrigerator.
9. Take Truffles from refrigerator one hour before serving.
