Thaaraavu Chuttathu (Duck Grilled)


Ingredients for Thaaraavu Chuttathu:

  1. Broiler duck pieces – 400 gm
  2. Papaya paste – 2 tsp
  3. Coriander powder – 1 big spoon
  4. Chilli powder – 1 small spoon
  5. Pepper powder – 1 small spoon
  6. Fennel seeds, heated and powdered – 1 small spoon
  7. Vinegar – 1 big spoon
  8. Ginger-garlic paste – 2 small spoons
  9. Curd – 1 big spoon
  10. Salt – as needed

How to prepare Thaaraavu Chuttathu?

  1. Marinate duck using all ingredients and keep it aside for ½ to 1 hour.
  2. Pierce them in a metallic stick and cook in live coal (thee kanal).
