Konkani Dosa recipe

Ingredients for Konkani Dosa:

  1. Ponni rice (Pachari/raw rice) – 1 cup
  2. Jaggery – as needed
  3. Methi – 3/4 tsp
  4. Salt, ghee, and baking soda – as needed

Method of preparation of Konkani Dosa:

  1. Soak rice and fenugreek seeds separately.
  2. Grind together. It should be well-grounded.
  3. Powder jaggery and add to the rice batter.
  4. Place the batter to ferment overnight.
  5. Add salt and baking soda in the morning and mix the contents well.
  6. Spread ghee in the tawa and make dosas.
  7. Serve them with thick coconut milk.
