Ingredients for Stuffed Paratha:
1. Maida – 1 kg
Salt – 1 small spoon
Oil – 1 small spoon
2. Potatoes cooked and smashed – 50 gm
Peas cooked and smashed – 50 gm
3. Onions chopped fine – 5 big spoons
Green chillies chopped fine – 1 small spoon
Chilli powder – 2 small spoons
Coriander leaves chopped fine – 2 small spoons
Turmeric powder – 1 small spoon
Salt – For taste
4. Butter – 2 small spoons
How to prepare Stuffed Paratha?
1. Mix together ingredients no: 1, add sufficient water and knead the dough.
2. Divide into 21 equal parts and make balls.
3. Spread them into thin round shapes, similar to chapati.
4. Mix together ingredients no: 3 and divide into 2 equal halves.
5. Mix each part with potatoes and peas separately and keep aside.
6. Take a chappatti and spread a little potato mixture.
7. Place another chapati on top and spread the pea mixture, followed by another chapati.
8. Moisten your hands with water, and stick the edges of chapattis together.
9. Continue the process for the remaining chapatis.
10. Heat the tawa and cook each piece on a low flame.
11. When it turns golden brown, spread a little butter on both sides, and take it off the flame.
12. You can serve these parattas as such, or by dividing into two or more parts, if you desire.
