Spinach Kababis

Ingredients for Spinach Kababis:

1. Oil – 2 big spoons

2. Onion – 1 big, chopped fine

3. Garlic – 6 cloves, chopped fine

    Ginger chopped fine – 1 small spoon

    Green chillies chopped fine – 4

4. Spinach chopped fine – 2 cups

5. Salt – For taste

6. Paneer crushed – 1 cup

7. Curry leaves and coriander leaves chopped fine – A little

8. Pepper powder – ½ small spoon

9. Bread crumbs – As required

10. Oil – As needed

How to prepare Spinach Kababis?

1. Heat oil and sauté onions till they turn crystal clear.

2. Add ingredients no: 3 and sauté till raw smell goes out.

3. Add chopped spinach and cook well. Water content should be fully absorbed.

4. Add salt, followed by paneer.

5. Put off the flame and add pepper powder, curry leaves and coriander leaves.

6. Make kababs in finger-shape.

7. Wrap each kabab in bread crumbs and deep fry in oil.
