Chicken Makhli Kabab recipe

Ingredients for Chicken Makhli Kabab:

1. Chicken breast cut into square pieces – ½ kg

2. Garlic chopped fine – 5 cloves

    Ajwain, powdered – ½ small spoon

    Cardamom, powdered – 1 small spoon

    Green chillies chopped fine – 5

    Ginger-garlic paste – 1 small spoon

    Gram flour – 3 small spoons

    Cream – 1 small spoon

    Curd – ¼ cup

    Turmeric powder – A pinch

    Salt – As needed

   Lemon juice – 2 small spoons

3. White yolk – From 2 eggs

How to prepare Chicken Makhli Kabab?

1. Mix ingredients no: 2 together and marinate the chicken.

2. Allow it to rest for a while.

3. Place the chicken in the oven and grill it.

4. When the chicken is fully cooked, take it out.

5. Beat the egg yolk and marinate the chicken using the foam formed while beating.

6. Place the chicken back in the oven and bake for 3 minutes.

7. Serve with mint chutney.
