Sherbat-E-Azam is a part of Persian cuisine.

Ingredients for Sherbat-E-Azam:
- Mint syrup -1 big spoon
- Lemon juice – 1 small spoon
- Ice smashed – As required
- Mint leaves – 3 or 4 stems, crushed
- Soda water – As required
- Lemon sliced into thin round pieces – 2 slices
How to prepare Sherbat-E-Azam?
- Take a serving glass and pour mint syrup into the inner edges. The syrup should reach the bottom.
- Pour lemon juice into the glass.
- Put a little ice, followed by mint leaves.
- Put the remaining ice and then the lemon slice.
- Fill the glass with soda and serve.
