Royal Falooda

Ingredients for Royal Falooda:

1. Sugar – 2 big spoons

    Water – 2 big spoons

    Lemon juice – A few drops

2. Mango, apple, banana, kiwi chopped together – 1 cup

3. Falooda sev/Vermicelli – ½ cup

    Water – 1.25 cups

4. Milk – 1 cup

5. Condensed milk – ¼ cup

    Sugar – 1.5 big spoons

    Saffron – 4 strands

6. Sabja seeds/Basil seeds – 1 small spoon

7. Cashews, pista, almonds chopped together – ¼ cup

8. Ice cream – 4 scoops

9. Rose syrup – 1.5 small spoons

10. Corn flakes – 2 big spoons

11. Strawberry crush – 2 big spoons

12. Tutti frutti – 1 big spoon

13. Cherri – 2

How to prepare Royal Falooda?

1. Melt sugar adding water. Add a few drops of lemon juice and take from flame.

2. Allow it to cool completely.

3. Add fruits to it and keep it in refrigerator

4. Cook Falooda sev/Vermicelli adding water and strain excess water.

5. Boil milk and continue boiling till it reduces half to its content.

6. Add ingredients no: 5, mix well and put off the flame.

7. Soak basil seeds in water for a while, till they increase in size. Strain excess water.

8. To set Falooda, first pour a little rose syrup in a serving glass.

9. Mix some sev and milk mixture and pour as second layer.

10. Spread some fruits, basil seeds, nuts, ice cream and rose syrup one after another.

11. Spread Strawberry crush and make one more layer similar to above.

12. Place ice cream on top and decorate with tutti frutti, nuts and cornflakes.

13. Place cherries on top, and serve as soon as you set your royal falooda.
