Mushroom Thoran Bruschetta

Ingredients for Mushroom Thoran Bruschetta:

1. Coconut oil – 3 small spoons

2. Mustard – 1/4 small spoon

    Curry leaves – 1 stem

    Green chillies – 2, chopped

    Onions chopped – 30 gm

3. Turmeric powder – ¼ small spoon

4. Mushrooms chopped in tiny pieces – 200 gm

5. Coconut scrapped – 40 gms

6. French Baguette (Or sliced bread) – 6

7. Cheddar cheese – 30 gm, grated

How to prepare Mushroom Thoran Bruschetta?

1. Heat a pan and add oil.

2. Sauté ingredients no: 2, till they turn light brown.

3. Add turmeric powder, followed by mushroom and sauté again. Reduce the flame too.

4. When water content is fully absorbed, add coconut and cook again.

5. Grease Baguette slices with butter and toast them.

6. Place mushroom thoran on each piece and a little grated cheese too, and grill them.
