Kollan Mulak Chicken Fry recipe

Ingredients for Red Chilly Chicken Fry (Kollan Mulak Chicken Fry):

  1. Boneless chicken – ¼ kg
  2. Coconut oil – As required
  3. Red chillies (Kollan Mulak/Vattal Mulak) – 3 or 4 full
    Red chillies crushed – 2-3 small spoons
  4. Curry leaves – A handful
  5. Kashmiri chilli powder- 2 small spoons

How to prepare Red Chilly Chicken Fry (Kollan Mulak Chicken Fry)?

  1. Clean the chicken and cut it into pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add ingredients no: 3 and half of the curry leaves.
  3. Add chilli powder and sauté the contents on a low flame.
  4. When the raw smell goes out, add chicken, salt and remaining curry leaves.
  5. Cook chicken and serve it hot.
