
Ingredients for Red Chilly Chicken Fry (Kollan Mulak Chicken Fry):
- Boneless chicken – ¼ kg
- Coconut oil – As required
- Red chillies (Kollan Mulak/Vattal Mulak) – 3 or 4 full
Red chillies crushed – 2-3 small spoons - Curry leaves – A handful
- Kashmiri chilli powder- 2 small spoons
How to prepare Red Chilly Chicken Fry (Kollan Mulak Chicken Fry)?
- Clean the chicken and cut it into pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan and add ingredients no: 3 and half of the curry leaves.
- Add chilli powder and sauté the contents on a low flame.
- When the raw smell goes out, add chicken, salt and remaining curry leaves.
- Cook chicken and serve it hot.
