Protein Ladoo recipe

Ingredients for Protein Ladoo:

1. Peanut – ½ cup

    White sesame seeds – ½ cup

    Almonds and flax seeds – 2 big spoons each

2. Coconut grated – 4 big spoons

    Dates chopped – 1 big spoon

    Raisins chopped – 1 big spoon

    Cardamom powder – As per taste

3. Jaggery – ¼ cup

    Water – ¼ cup

How to prepare Protein Ladoo?

1. Fry ingredients no: 1 separately in a pan and grind into a fine powder.

2. Add ingredients no: 2 and mix well.

3. Heat jaggery and water in a thick-bottomed pan and prepare the syrup.

4. Add all the mixed ingredients to the jaggery syrup, mix well, and turn off the flame.

5. Make small balls and serve. Your healthy Protein Ladoo is ready.
