
Ingredients for Peanut Salad:
- Peanut – 1 cup
- Coconut oil – 1 big spoon
- Curry leaves – 2 stems
- Turmeric powder – ½ small spoon
Chilli powder – 1 small spoon - Salt – As required
- Salad cucumber, carrot and green mango chopped fine – ¼ cup each
How to prepare Peanut Salad?
- Roast the peanuts and remove skin, if present.
- Heat oil and fry curry leaves.
- Add turmeric powder and chilli powder, fry them and turn off the flame.
- Add groundnut and salt and mix well.
- When it cools completely, add ingredients no: 6.
- Manually mix your salad and serve.
